In consideration for The Miracle League Metro Denver providing the opportunity for me, my family, and those I register in this Account to participate in Miracle League baseball on behalf of his or herself, his or her relatives, those registered in this Account, and the heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns of each of them, does hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Miracle League Metro Denver (a.k.a. Sports Made Possible), it’s staff, officers and directors, and volunteers, from any and all claims for personal injury, death, property damage, or any type of claim or damage (including but not limited to attorney’s fees or litigation expenses) resulting from any activities in connection with participation in Miracle League Metro Denver baseball.

I consent for me, my family member, and those I register under this Account to receive first aid and/or emergency medical care in the event of an injury. I understand that there will be media and promotional coverage of the Miracle League Metro Denver games and activities and I consent to publish images of me, any family member and anyone else registered in this account and to use our names for such purposes.
